Work has started this week to replace the wood fence between McKendree Park Dr. and the NOV property. The project is expected to take about 2 weeks, after which we’ll have a brand new 8′ fence installed in this area. We ask that homeowners watch out for construction vehicles and to please slow down when driving on McKendree Park Dr. to ensure safety for the contractors.

The McKendree Park pool was scheduled to open this Saturday, April 11. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Board of Directors has voted to indefinitely delay opening the pool. Updates will be posted here once a new opening date is set.

The McKendree Park Board of Directors would like to remind our homeowners that the pool parking lot on Ashton Lake Ln. is to be used only by homeowners who are actively using amenities such as the pool, playground, lake benches, and walking trails. The parking lot may not be used for overnight parking at any time. The parking lot is also not intended to be used as overflow parking during gatherings at residents’ homes, school parking, or for any purpose other than amenity parking. We have installed new signage in the parking lot to clarify these policies. Please note that any vehicles parked overnight or for extended periods may be towed away at the owner’s expense.
