3. Two new picnic tables and benches have been installed around the pool for all homeowners and guests to enjoy.
4. Common area lighting has been replaced with new, energy-efficient LED lights which run from dusk to dawn.
5. New pool management company has been hired to keep pool area and restrooms clean.
6. Deep cleaning and pressure washing of all exterior areas including pool, bathrooms, and sidewalks.
7. Surveillance camera system has been installed around the pool buildings for added safety, security, and vandalism prevention.
8. Collaboration with Constables for additional patrols around the pool area.

Thank you for your patience while these changes were being made. The pool is now open and we hope you will enjoy all of the improvements! Feel free to contact the board anytime should you have any questions.
