In accordance with our Deed Restrictions, garage sales may be held twice a year: once in the spring season and once in the fall. Homeowners wishing to participate may hold a garage sale in their driveway on October 15.

By registering your camera, you are simply allowing the HCSO to contact you in the event of a crime in your area. HCSO will not have access to your camera system and cannot access camera footage without your consent. There is no requirement to provide footage at any time.”

Residents will continue to use their own 30 to 50 gallon trash can.

Best Trash will provide one 65 gallon recycle cart per home.

Your recycle cart is scheduled for delivery during the week of April 18, 2022.
