Thank you to those at attended our Annual HOA Community Board Meeting last night at Lee Elementary. Highlights are as follows:

1. Perry Galloway was re-elected to a new 3 year term as board President
2. Please call Harris County Precinct 4 to request a petition for lower speed limits in our neighborhood or click on http://www.hcp4.net/ and fill out the on-line form.
3. The Precinct 5 Constable’s office was represented and gave an over view of criminal activity in our surrounding area. http://www.co.harris.tx.us/pct5/
4. Our next Bi-Annual Garage sale will be held October 16, 2010.

Anyone that did not receive the notification of the HOA meeting, please contract Kristine Thomason at PMG Management (713-329-7171) and double check the information she has on file for you.

McKendree Park’s bi-annual community yard sale will be held October 17th 7am to 5pm.

Our next bi-annual community yard sale will be held in March 2010.

First, welcome to the 1st of many posts on our community blog. Our latest board meeting was held this week and a lot was accomplished.
A couple of dates to note:
Our annual community clean up will be held on October 10th.
One of our bi-annual community garage sales will be slated for the weekend of October 17th and 18th with the other one held in March 2010. A rain out date will be posted soon.
