Is it in the plan to repair the area beneath the card reader. It is very unsafe in the fact that loose cement is laying around the front gate.
Yes, we are in negotiations W/ Beazer to finance this repair as well as others at the pool. The pool house was poorly contructed and we dont beleive its the homeowners who should pay for thier shoddy job which will be very expensive. If we repair, then try and collect, they just wont pay us. We've done minor repairs in the past to "patch" thier work, but it needs to be done correctly.
