Community Pool

Residents of McKendree Park are invited to enjoy our community swimming pool.

Amenities:

  • Mens’ and Womens’ restrooms
  • Outdoor shower
  • Two picnic tables and benches
  • Regular chairs and lounge chairs
  • High-speed WiFi network (password available on signage inside pool area)
  • Beautiful landscaping and regular, professional maintenance
  • Electronic access control (no key needed)
  • 24 hour security lighting & police patrol

Access Information: Access to the pool may be obtained by contacting our management company, Spectrum Association Management. A waiver must be signed and returned prior to access fobs being issued.

Safety Information:

24 hour video surveillance cameras are in use on this property. No lifeguards on duty – swim at your own risk. McKendree Park is not liable for any accident and/or injury occurring while using pool facilities.

In case of emergency CALL 911 or HARRIS COUNTY CONSTABLES PRECINCT 5 at 281-463-6666. Red 911 phone is available in the main pool area.

Pool Reservations:

The pool is available for reservations. Please see our reservation form for details.

Pool Rules:

  1. No glass containers, food, or alcoholic beverages allowed in pool area.
  2. All guests must be registered and accompanied by a resident.
  3. Persons under age 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
  4. No running, shoving, or horseplay around the pool.
  5. No pets allowed in the pool area, except seeing eye dogs.
  6. Music must not be played at high volumes.
  7. No diving allowed.
  8. No loud or abusive language will be tolerated.
  9. Parents are responsible for their children and guests in the pool area.
  10. No smoking or use of tobacco products in the pool area.
  11. Do not climb fence to enter or exit the pool area
  12. No bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, skates, or scooters may be brought into the pool area.  Only approved pool toys will be allowed in the pool.
  13. During swimming season which from the 2nd Saturday in April until the 2nd Saturday in October of each calendar year, or as otherwise posted:
    • Tuesday through Sunday – 8am to 9pm
    • Closed Mondays for cleaning
